Shipping + Returns
 

Domestic & International Shipping

Due to the size of our products, shipping can be costly. All orders will apply a shipping cost as designated by the final destination. All custom surfboard orders will have a $350 flat rate shipping fee within the United States and International order shipping costs will be calculated for the location.

 

Dispatch & Delivery Times

It is important to us that you receive your Grand Prix Surfboards purchase as quickly as possible.  We aim to dispatch all orders within the same week that they are ordered. Custom surfboard orders will have a longer lead time which will be relayed to you upon order completion (~10-12 weeks). Due to the size and fragile nature of our surfboards, we ensure everything is packed securely and dispatched with the appropriate courier so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. 

While we can guarantee when your order is dispatched, we cannot control delivery times after that. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, we will then update you within the above time frame when the order is shipped out. Please use the general delivery times below as a guide for once you receive your shipping confirmation:

USA: ~5 working days

International: 10-15 working days (excluding any delays due to customs)

*Holidays may delay all of the above by 1-2 days

 

Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification

When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation to your specified email address.  When we have dispatched your goods you will receive your tracking number.

 

Damaged or Missing Goods

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. If an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organized at our discretion and in coordination with the shipping provider. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with during transit.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus and difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your payment method.

 

International Orders — Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Customers with shipping destinations outside of the United States are solely responsible for all customs, duties, import taxes, brokerages fees, and any related fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely by country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you enjoy your products and they were accurately represented on our website but also understand that there can be disconnects sometimes. If your products are not as expected there is a 15-day return/exchange policy. We ask that your products are sent back in their original condition and packaging. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If products were damaged upon original shipping to the customer, Grand Prix Surfboards will cover the shipping costs for the return. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
